Ten Miles from Patten on the Way to
Maine's Baxter State Park North Entrance

Take Interstate 95 North through the Bangor Area, toward Millinocket, then 18 miles past Millinocket to the SHERMAN / PATTEN EXIT 264.

Follow Route 11 North to Patten, then turn left onto Route 159.

Travel 10 miles west on Route 159 to Shin Pond and Mt. Chase Lodge, which is 1/4 mile past the Shin Pond Bridge.

Turn right at our sign.
